I've just bought a Switch Lite and Animal Crossing, and it doesn't seem to be saving. I never see a message indicating that it's autosaving, and whenever I press the minus button, either nothing happens or a message comes up with 'you can't save right now'. Every time I open the game, it starts from the very beginning. I've played to as far as having a sleep in my tent, then waking up. Do I need to play further than that before I can save? I don't have any other games yet, so I'm not sure if there's an issue with my console or I'm just not doing something right.
